The nurses are good but Mom complained they were excessively noisy at times. Her physical therapy was great and she surprised everyone by how quickly she was able to recover. This is absolutely the most awful rehabilitation facility. My mother was injured there, caregivers are rude snd rough. My mother came out after long term rehabilitation worse than when she went in. In addition she was not given her prescribed medication and her PCP was never informed.

When i got to the doctors office, she had been abandoned in the lobby, alone in a wheelchair. While AMR bears some blame here, the Guilford House, in my opinion, reneged on their duty to care for her by allowing AMR to transport her well in advance of an appointment. Like I said, chaos rules at this place.I had other indications that she was neglected while she was there, but I don't feel I have enough information to bring charges against the facility. I certainly did not feel safe leaving her in their care, and made arrangements to have her moved immediately.

He and his staff of inhumane morons have abused and neglected patience. These morons say "Oh they don't know what they are talking about.
